-Attention
all customers, since we are providing a Custom Service we are now
taking more time to ensure that we produce the best quality products. We want
our customers to be completely satisfied with their Lowrider Placas Products. From
past experience, we have evaluated our turn around time and since we are at
the mercy of other companies that we use to complete our plaques such as
chrome shops, we cannot assure you the customer a timely turn around. We do
guarantee the best product but in doing so we will take more time to assure
this.
-The
first thing to do is to pay a SETUP CHARGE $150.00 to get your design
going. It is a non-refundable one time design charge. This is only for Car
Club Plaques.
-WE
ONLY ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS shipped overnight! or mailed to us please call or
email us to provide address.
-You can
send us a money order along with your artwork or instructions on how you would
like your plaque to look.
-After we
receive your payment, we start on your design. It takes 1 to 5 work
week days to complete your design in most cases. More detailed
designs may require 5 to 10 days. Upon completing your design we will send it
to you for final approval via Certified Mail, FAX, or Internet e-mail.
-A plaque
design that requires more detail and is more elaborate than the average plaque
will be charged an extra fee according to the extra cut time needed. We will
not bill this extra charge until we send the design to the laser cutter for
final pricing.

If you are not satisfied with the design we will make
any adjustments within reason, to your specifications, changing
designs from one extreme to another will not be tolerated. If you are
satisfied with your design, then we send it to our laser cutter
for final pricing, we will then notify you of the exact price of your
plaque, most all plaques fall under the listed prices we have here. A
more detailed design will be priced higher. You are now ready to order
your plaques.
-If
no orders are made the $150.00 will not be refunded, it will be applied
as a design charge!

Week Turn Around
- We
will not meet a deadline!!! If it is within the
mentioned turn around time, due to any discrepancy in the process of
your order that may occur and prolong the time finishing period, WE WILL
LET YOU KNOW. Therefore all plaque orders must be placed on time
so that it wont interfere with a special event you may need them by.

We will be responsible to give you a courtesy call or e-mail when we
recieve your payment and when we have your plaques ready. We are on a
very busy schedule running a full service sign shop that giving you
weekly reports is time consuming and unnecessary on our part. Additional
calling every week will not produce your plaques faster. Please do not
call every week for a status on your order if it it is still within the
8 week waiting time. If you have a concern please call and leave a
message and we will return your call as soon as we are able to. Best way

The countdown begins. Additional time may be required, if this is the
case we will notify you.

When your plaques are ready to be shipped to you, we will call you again
to notify you that we are sending them out in most cases we will email
you a UPS Tracking #.

All orders are charged $10.00 per plaque for shipping @ handling .

After your first order, you can always order additional plaques 1 at a
time or as many is you need.
